My friend was fired by your clinic today by an NP today because they didnt want to give more Ozempic, which he has been on a year He wants to stay on Ozempic because he has lost weight, his diabetes is under control, for the first time in decades.  But the NP refused to continue to give him more.  They say they are afraid he will get pancreatitis, when Ozempic doesn’t even cause pancreatitis!!!!! Is this why people are afraid to be treated by incompetent Nps? A review of “1” star is too high.

Don't waste your time or money here, it's a scam and money pit. they charge for everything, you want to weigh in, that's $225, initial visit with an incompetent nurse, that's $558, talk to a fresh out of college nutritionist (sorry but this info is basic) that's another $408. JUST RUN.

Corelife is amazing. I wish this place was around  when I first started having weight issues. I have wasted so much money with other places and  all I have to show for it is more weight. Corelife is individual, tailored for the person. Not one sized fits all.  The staff is amazing. Amanda at the front desk (Maplewood Ave, WS, NC) knows patients by their names. So far, I have a complaint. Got told I need a referral. My insurance doesn't require referrals. She said their office does. I asked why can't I just be seen because I'm fat and want to lose weight. She refused to answer and hung up.
