I am super grateful for this practice, as I was hesitant to return. I didn’t feel that my visits, aka ever so often checkins due to having Medicaid, were helping me in any way. Fortunately the amount of times I could go to CoreLife changed for the better in 2024 and I was paired with Katie the incredible nurse practitioner. They need a lot work on GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE I had an appointment there today when I walked in not one person spoke to me I had to speak to who ever was sitting at the desk I got my paperwork filled it out turned it in and another person who came after me Was also filling out paperwork but called before me I sat there irritated and I left now I didn’t see anyone I will not be returning I would rather go to a gym

I really enjoy going to this place! Katie has been such a great help/ great support. All the ladies there are so kind. When you put in the work it is really easy to see results. I’ve been trying to lose weight the past 3 years and haven’t been able to do it. With their guidance I know I will be able to reach my goal by the spring time!

Awesome place! I wish the gym was a little bigger with more weights, but they aren't trying to make you into a body builder. It's about health [mentally, physically, dietary, medically]. You ever see a big guy pushing weights in the gym, named Kevin, that's me!
