I’ve been a patient here for 2 years after following Kristina (old trainer). The change in staff is becoming a revolving door. Tina (new trainer) is amazing and honestly the only reason I’m still here. Sandy, front desk/office manager, is beyond rude. She never greets patients, comes off as if we’re putting her out. I come in early for my appts and workout before hand. This has never been a problem. They have always checked me in when I come in. I feel very comfortable here. I am loosing weight, and learning to eat better and work out to safely. The medication finding can be problematic, but it is nice to have a team of caring people try to help me on my weight lose journey.
Providers kept changing plans. Initially prescribed medication with a timeline. Was doing great on original medication then a new provider comes in and takes me off the medication that was working so well for me to put me on an injection. I could never be consistent with it because pharmacies were always out. I was told to keep calling all pharmacies to get it which I don’t have time for. Corporate people tell me “well our rep said there would be enough medication for all patients switching to this new medication.” In my opi... read more
New staff is rude, makes me feel like I’m interrupting them when I’m just trying to check in or out. When I was in yesterday, the woman at the front desk just looked at me with an irritated stare instead of greeting me, then when checking out, had me stand there for a minute while she talked to her coworker about personal stuff. Dietician that I was told I’d be seeing wasn’t the one I saw (was told I was scheduled with Meggie, saw Patrick).
