Beware -- this company is not up front about charges at the time of treatment. Despite paying requested copays at every visit, I'm now being sent past due notifications for extra charges I was never made aware of. Despite being "open until 4:30," it's impossible to reach anyone in the billing department after 3:15 pm.
When I started at Corelife I was told I had a $20 copay to see the Nurse Practitioner, that the Nutritionist was no additional cost. After visiting the office for several months they sent a bill for $400. All of a sudden there was a $30 copay for the Nutritionist. We talked and I thought it was all cleared up. It was not. They have sent me to a debt collection agency. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. I heard other people with similar complaints in the office. Staff is supportive and encouraging. I have learned how to lose weight in a healthy way and keep it off.
Love it lost 19 pounds in 16 days. Staffing is on the ball 👍👍
