So I am outside of CoreLife now, I finished my appointment that was at 2:30pm I was there pretty early and left at 4:00 due to my PhQ9 showing I had depression which I knew. I made it clear I never wanted to harm myself or others but I WAS HELD THERE FOR OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF BY THE NP. I tried to check out at the front desk they all ignored me. So I walked out. I never in my life had such terrible customer service and patient care. When I first got reffered here I made and appointment I came to they completly wasted my time said they couldnt process my insurance in enough time which doesnt make sense because I work as a dental receptionist and it only takes a few mins. The weight loss industry is the biggest money making industry preying on people who have legitimate health issues. Let me tell you that Core Life is NOT any different. They are just another scam. Do not give them your time or money. They don't care and they don't help. I gave them a lot of time and energy and the only thing I lost was a lot of money. I hope this saves one person from the terrible experience I endured because of them.
