You want these people managing your mortgage. First time buyer with little idea about how the whole system works. Ashraf was amazing. He was honest and on-hand whatever my question was. Saved me time and money with his advice and got me an amazing rate given my situation. Once my case then got passed over to Stacey to manage the amazing service continued. She never made it feel like a chore and to get back to me and always replied quickly, clearly and wanting to help. Couldn’t have done it without these two!
