I am 65 and I have established a lifetime of unhealthy eating habits. The journey of weight loss is not for the faint of heart. Tisha, my nutritionist, gives me valuable advice and is very positive. As of today, I have lost 13 pounds. Yes, I slip up, and we reset and continue to set goals.
Great facility with state of the art equipment and awesome an friendly staff.
