My experience with this company has been HORRIFIC. POOR communication and awful customer service. Don’t even think about using this company. After the first call was placed we were given an ETA of 20 minutes. I told the dispatcher our location, make and model of car, and about the flat. Three hours and 4 phone calls later, I get a call from the driver. “We’re at your house.” If there was ANY communication between the driver and dispatch, they would know we weren’t at our house. The service that I received was more than excellent. I had no idea what had happened to my car, only that it was shaking. Come to find out, my back wheel had fallen off. Nick was fantastic with the stress of hooking up my car on the side of the freeway. Was an excellent driver to my destination and assisted with getting my car up on blocks since the tire came off. I am a nurse, and I pride myself on service to my patients. I could not have asked for a better person to work with. If you need a tow ask for Nick

Driver ran a stop sign and cut across 3 lanes of traffic feet infront of me and then said I almost hit him, when I called to tell them about it they said they couldn't see a driver in that location and said there is nothing they can do.
