It was very helpful to connect with Core Value. Shane is very relaxed, patient and knows the ins and outs of Aged Care/ Centrelink. He was able to come up with several different options for my motherks situation, having moved into Aged Care over two years ago. Its a relief to obtain the right answers to our family ssituation.
