Justine and Shane were both really wonderful to deal with. Its certainly overwhelming to understand what to do financially when you're faced with the challenges of moving your loved ones into aged care, especially whilst in parallel you're dealing with the emotionally taxing time. Justine took the time to try to understand what is important to the family, and help translate all the new acronyms and financial jargon to a straightforward plan.
