I have used Core Rehab for many years for many things. I've recommended them to so many people. All the staff are very well trained. It's a place I love to show up for. I won't use anybody else for rehab. Thank you Core for ALWAYS being there for me.

This used to be my go to PT place, until it wasn't. Apparently they got sold to Dallas Medical City (unbeknownst to me). My husband was prescribed PT and went to Core Rehab. We were quoted our usual $50 copay and paid at time of visit, just as always. Until they decided to bill the insurance company as ancillary services vs PT exercises. This instead generated a 20% coinsurance vs $50 copay. I fought this for months. I even asked someone at Core Rehab to intervene with billing. Never got a return phone call back. If I could give less , I would. They had surgeon orders for referral for 5 days. Never called. I called them. Did you receive orders? Are you “ “? Yes. Yes we did. Ok. We will have someone call you back tonight or in the morning. ( more time) crickets. You want to give to local but you can’t, this is the reason. Poor service.
