Been great getting back in shape at Core progression. The entire staff are some of the nicest and most knowledgeable training instructors I’ve gotten to workout with. If you’re looking to really see some growth and have some fun conversations while doing so I definitely recommend coming here.
Core Progression has been Amazing!! If you’re thinking about changing your life for the better by crushing your gym goals, this place is where it’s at! I am a returned client with core progression! I was previously working with them back in 2018 and was very happy with my results but after life changes I stopped working out!
