I went and saw Chad on the 3rd after being referred. I thought it was kind of sketchy when I was not asked to pay my $50 copay up front but thought well, maybe the service was completely covered. A week or so after I saw Chad, I had a $50 bill. A little irritating this wasn’t communicated but makes sense.
