I came to Core Performance around 5 years ago. I followed them when they moved to their present location because their therapy for my hips is effective, and my general fitness level has improved. The staff are very well trained and attentive. I feel that I can address any problem with them, and they will work with me on whatever it is.
I've been attending this Pilates studio for several years. My personalised program makes a big difference to my wellbeing and on occasion, if I develop an issue such as the recent knee problem, or have a new goal, like a big alpine walking holiday, my program is adjusted accordingly. Fantastic teachers, really warm and friendly studio environment.
