I began working with Carol during my third trimester of my second pregnancy due to having a lot of pelvic and SPD pain. Carol was so knowledgeable and thorough in her application of services. She provided hands-on treatment that provided immediate relief, as well as exercises for me to carry out at home. A week before my delivery we did some biofeedback exercises to practice correct pushing and relaxing techniques needed during birth. I attribute this to having an amazing birth experience and delivering my baby in less than ... read more
Seeing Carol has been life changing! She is incredibly knowledgeable and kind. She makes me feel very comfortable, especially when discussing things that would normally feel embarrassing. She has helped me with my pain and comfortability and becoming more in tune with my body. If you are experiencing issues due to pelvic floor dysfunction or chronic pain elsewhere in the body, I highly recommend making an appointment with her.

Carol is fantastic and I can't recommend her enough! I came to her when I was pregnant and I am so glad I did. I have some pelvic floor disfunction and she used bio feedback to help me learn to relax my pelvic floor, which is very important when you give birth. I really believe it's what helped me to not tear during labor. I also had some pain during pregnancy that she helped me manage and she gave me great exercises to do while in labor and she had my husband join too so he could learn. She is super knowledgeable, very frie... read more
