What I liked was the no pressure way they conducted business. No fees were involved and I did receive the published interest rate.

Do not trust this business! Owner gets you in the door by promising a high yield CD and then tries to sell annuities. No printed literature is given on any of the offerings; just his word and hand done chart of what you can expect.I contracted for a 5 year annuity and when I went in for the contract, he had made it for 10 with no explanation. If I hadn t read the contract, which he placed in a SEALED manila envelope, I would not have known and would have been locked into the contract.A scammer and a liar; do not trust him.
I saw the same ad. I was skeptical. There are just no CDs @ 3.25%. One of those too good to be true, so its probably not.
I chose a money market with core earlier this year.Happy with our decsion.Most of their rates are higher than average.Some of their highest rates are introductory rates for new clients.Given several options to choose from. A CD did not suit me, as I need to keep \$ available without penalty,for my parents. Its been very difficult to get information in reference to their promotional CDs run in the Alb paper, or even a returned phone call!
