I have gone to core connections over the past few years for various things, including post partum and recovery. I have had a couple of physiotherapist - both amazing, cannot recommend enough. They are so good at taking the time to make you feel comfortable, explain how things are connected and have solved some issues I have had for years that no on else has ever made the connections properly or appropriate treatment. Galia is fantastic! She helped me re-connect/re-engage with muscles in my thigh that I had not used after a prolonged waiting period for a hip replacement. This immediately removed the pressure on my knee. The reconnection was instantaneous!
Galia was fully prepared for our session and really familiar with all the advance details I'd sent, so the time was very focused. I received super-helpful advice, guidelines, new exercises, and resources, geared specifically toward enhancing and adjusting my exercise routine to target my goals as someone with an early diagnosis of osteoporosis. Tone was friendly and professional at the same time, and I felt very comfortable throughout the session. Very impressed and would highly recommend.
Galia helped me understand and feel very comfortable with the exam and treatment for my pelvic organ prolapse problem. I also have hope for the first time in years that there is a solution for my abdominal pain. I’m grateful to Core Connections physiotherapy.
