Did the 6 week challenge and stuck to the instructions for nutrition and went to every workout. The trainers were awesome... Becky and Mike encouraged me, pushed me, and made it fun! They were there to answer my many questions. The gym was always clean and the equipment is new. Workouts were challenging and helped me get stronger each day. Had a great experience!
