Terrible customer service. Do not return emails or voicemails on critical customer matters. Do not follow guidelines set in their own contracts. Poor communication. Failed to notify members of two locations closing, while weighing people in and taking money for a challenge the day prior. Sad business practices.

They closed there business 1 month after encouraging me to sign up for a 6 month membership and now continue to charge me for something I cannot use. Theu will not respond to emails in a timely manner or provide a contact method more appropriate given the situation.

I started at Core Capacity by doing their 21 day challenge. I loved going there and working out there so much that I signed up for a membership there even though I feel like it’s kind of pricey. The instructors there are so wonderful, especially Renee. She is always upbeat, she pushes you to do your best (but not in a bad way), and she makes working out enjoyable rather than something to dread - even at 5:30 in the morning!

I am new to Core Capacity and so far it has been a great experience. I work with Renee in the morning and she is good at showing modifications on all the exercises. So then I can modify the exercise to my capability. I feel great after my workouts.
