Shens great really helped my injury before a comp and will absolutely keep seeing him after to keep my training on track!
As a competitive dancer, Shenal has been amazing! He has helped massively with quicker recovery from injuries, as well as helping with general recovery, movement and range. Cannot recommend enough!
