I’ve been going to Core Bodywork for about six months for a few different issues, and Shen has been amazing. He really listens and takes the time to understand what’s going on, working with what the body needs instead of just using force. Super thoughtful, skilled, and genuinely effective. Highly recommend.
I had a fall 6 weeks prior and was suffering. I luckily got in the day I found Shenal. He was great and really got into my problem areas and made a huge difference. The place was clean and quiet and easy to find.
