I had been suffering with a lot of lower back, hip and ankle pain. After my first visit with Gianmarco Trové, the problem was very quickly diagnosed and a treatment plan was put in place. I was given some very good exercises to complete via the Rehab Guru app, which have certainly helped, and i am no longer in pain.
Easy to book, variety of times, excellent physio support from Gianmarco - accessible exercises and information, very good 1-2-1 sessions that brought relief. An invaluable part of overcoming my bad neck pain.
