Demi is always great at the counter!
Stay away from this bank. If I could give 0 stars I would. Was told one thing when I set up accounts for my son and I. 2 weeks later I'm told a completely different story. So now I have no access to my accounts and I'm out of state with my cell phone that will be shut off come Sunday and my rent is due.
I've been banking at Core Bank for more than 14 years now, they are by far the Best bank I have ever banked with. Believe me, I've had bank accounts at every bank in my past, I will never bank anywhere else regardless of where in the US I choose to live. Those who rate Core bank a one star, don't believe them. They are Always the best of the best!!
Update! After posting this review they sent me a letter closing my account and returning a very small amount of money. Avoid them. This bank takes advantage of single mothers, charging over $1000 in bank fees over the last 3 months for the same charges. It is impossible for me to catch up, as they keep charging me for the same mistake I made back in October. They have no compassion for individuals, they refuse to help me.
