Cords of Love is the best place in NJ for Pilates and medical massage. Magdaleny is an expert in her practice. I love it here so much I want to keep it a secret! But alas, if you are in pain, post-op recovery, have muscle tension, poor alignment and/or muscle imbalance, you need to see Leny. I will come here again, again and again!
