My attorney engaged George Corbyn to act as a mediator in a very complex oil and gas litigation case. The mediation statement was very detailed and included a significant number of exhibits. It was clear during the course of the mediation that he was unprepared. He was rude, unprofessional, and discriminatory. When I received the bill from the firm, he only billed one hour for preparation. Given the volume of information he received, I would have expected to be billed at least 4-5 hours. I would not recommend Mr. Corbyn.
