Worst law firm ever Paralegal trapped me in her office for an hour telling me all about her life and then charged me for it. Attorney met with me for 5 minutes in a crowded waiting room to discuss my case. Dan Corbin called me an idiot. When I decided to go with a different law firm, they refused to.give me back the remainder of my retainer. All these people care about is making mone and they have no ethics and do not care about their clients.
1. Do you want to know who you attorney is before you do any filing, well you won t with this firm 2. Do they work for your best interest of profit, well, if they want to go straight for a bargain, is it your best interest, worked with Kile a few years ago, working with some community agencies I was able to get more done, than with his plea. 3. The person that does you free interview is not going to be your attorney, in a time of uncertainty do you you really need this uncertainty.
Just had a legal situation pop up in federal court and Dan was able to offer excellent council and assistance. The maze of rules is not for the faint and meek. Competent legal assistance is an absolute must in today s litigious society. Dan even gave me his cell phone number to keep me up to date on my case. Find any attorney that does that???
Mr Corbin and staff were very instrumental in handling my case. Mr.Corbin illustrated concern for my situation and saw right through the individual who tried to sue me for work not complete. I read on a post that they felt like Mr.Corbin was racial profiling due to her being black. I m a black female! Mr.Corbin never once gave me the notion that my skin color would prevent him from taking my case or treat me differently. Needles to say my case was handle professionally with a positive outcome. Nice folks but completely incompetent. Once they ve got your money they refuse to return calls, emails, or text messages (we tried all 3 to reach someone and no one ever returned our calls). The principal of the firm, Dan Corbin, was too busy running for Mayor of Killeen to ensure his clients legal services were being cared for. Typical politician, says one thing and does another. Stay away from this lawyer and the lawyers that work at his office. They are extremely unprofessional to the point of being late to a hearing with a judge. They lost our case terrible for incapacity. My husband wasn t notified about his hearing until 5 minutes prior, and that because he called the office to ask a question regard the case. They will charge you insane amount of money for everything, they will charge you even to send an email to you. i was a former employee of Dan Corbin. I worked in the bankruptcy section. When Dan was asked by his clients to cut corners and go against the bankruptcy rules, Dan always refused and always took the high road. Dan Corbin is a honest person and it shows! Incidentally our family is still a client today!
