James Stapler is not the kind of person anyone should ever hire to handle their personal situation. My experience was worse than awful. This firm is unorganized and the communication wasn't even par. The guy had to be shown the law by my attorney wife on more than one occasion. After I called him out on his incompetence and unprofessional ethics he blew up like a child and screamed at me in his office. Be very wary. This attorney (Dan Corbin) needs to be investigated by the bar. Obviously, he didn't learn anything in professional responsibility. He blatantly refused to follow the client's requests, and blatantly went against her requests, filing documents and motions she explicitly forbid him to. Then after she told him she didn't want him to do anymore, he continued to file motions and do things that she told him not to.
