Beware! They care only about the money. I literally paid 7k and got nothing. Ashley didn't argue anything or fight for anything I requested. Be warned....you will be talked down to and the communication sucks!
Ashley was great in helping me with my case! She always responded in a timely manner and answered any questions or concerns I had. Ms. Clapper is very knowledgeable and confident! I hope to never use her again but if I needed to I definitely would!
James Stapler is not the kind of person anyone should ever hire to handle their personal situation. My experience was worse than awful. This firm is unorganized and the communication wasn't even par. The guy had to be shown the law by my attorney wife on more than one occasion. After I called him out on his incompetence and unprofessional ethics he blew up like a child and screamed at me in his office. Horrible. I spent way more money than I ever should have in hopes that they were going to help me, which never happened. They will only contact you for you more money. These guys are crooks.
Be very wary. This attorney (Dan Corbin) needs to be investigated by the bar. Obviously, he didn't learn anything in professional responsibility. He blatantly refused to follow the client's requests, and blatantly went against her requests, filing documents and motions she explicitly forbid him to. Then after she told him she didn't want him to do anymore, he continued to file motions and do things that she told him not to. Attorney didnt recognize the client when in court,Had to stop him because he walked right past me after paying him $1500. All he really did was post pone court date other than that I paid for him to never be available. Eveytime I called no return call. I couldve represented myself and been in the same situation without prolonging it. Mr.Staper
