Coram has the worst billing system I've had to deal with. They send you bills for things you already paid and then tell you that the bill you paid wasn't paid because they put your payment towards a charge that they never billed you for. I think they should pay me for all the time I've wasted trying to get someone on the phone to correct this.
Coram has been the best specialty pharmacy I have ever used. The staff is always polite and easy to work with, Tyler was my main contact there. The pharmacy staff were always quick to answer any concerns I had. I strongly recommend them to anyone needing an infusion pharmacy.
Cant seem to get needed meds out to me on time. Have missed 3 doses in just 1 week
