The Coralville Buses are ALWAYS late, the drivers are ALWAYS rude, and they have the audacity to charge when IC manages to do the same thing, more reliably, with better service for free.
Lost my phone on their bus ... they were very helpful in getting it returned :)
The bus drivers are rude! I understand that, you all are on a tight schedule but it's.. NOT WHAT YOU SAY ITS HOW YOU SAY IT! While your on the clock with any type of work...you need to have respect.. And then rushed me to put my money on the bus because she was 23 mins late! After talking to me rudely..Next time I won't be so nice.. And see who is the blame... check your drivers!..
