Beyond Terrible. Stay away from this accountant firm. This chump “talks” it up, flaunts his assets. And cannot even get it right and get a refund from the IRS correctly. NOW 2 years in a row - they “missed” a paper or something. Result incorrect taxes submitted on my behalf. I asked for a refund on the $675 tax preparers fee for a 1040 for their mistake. But instead received a letter stating “they believe it is in my best interest to seek out a new preparer who can Better Help me in the future”. No refund given. I GLADLY wil... read more
