My father was a resident for 2 weeks. He had excellent care from the Nurses on staff. The Physical therapy and Occupational therapy were excellent. The director of Nursing Kasey was really great and helpful, and resolved any negative Nursing issues immediately.
My experience with Yemeli, a representative from the Human Resources department at Aviata in Cape Coral, was disappointing. The interaction felt unprofessional and lacked empathy. There was no clear communication or proper follow-up throughout the process, which caused frustration and a sense of disrespect toward the applicant’s time and effort. Aspire is an outstanding facility with a professional, attentive, and caring staff. The environment is clean, well-organized, and supportive, making rehabilitation a positive experience. I am especially grateful for Joandres, the Nurse Practitioner (I hope I spelled the name correctly), who provided excellent care and supervision to my father. Highly recommend Aspire for quality rehabilitation services

If I could give negative stars I would !!! My father has been in this terrible facility since Thursday, and the experience has been a nightmare. A staff member questioned his citizenship despite him being a U.S. citizen, likely due to his broken English from a stroke. As his out-of-state caregiver, I requested that any documents be run through me before he signs anything.
