Correction.. he told the police that the sidewalk was his property and he could do any damage he wanted.
They are a bit racist, I was attacked by one of the employees at the beginning of covid 19. The man wasn’t wearing a mask and I didn’t want to go in, but he was angry and ran out to the sidewalk and hit me with the door, then he’s cursing like a sailor, spitting in my face and eyes, I called the police and nothing happened.
