So dissapointed!!! I go here regularly I have walked once before on a really bad massage and had to do it again yesterday! I repeatedly told her basically how to massage it was horrible I feel awful as she was lovely but she is clearly not trained!! Why are you letting someone like that massage people??? My neck is worse than what it was when I went in there, that was the last straw when she started trying to “massage” my neck I had to tell her twice how to do it I just was over it by then. I used to love coming here for massages; they were truly amazing. However, my recent experience was disappointing. The therapist I had today was not great at all. She seemed disinterested and didn't focus on my specific needs. The pressure was inconsistent and overall, it felt like I was just going through the motions rather than receiving a quality treatment. I left feeling unsatisfied and tense, which is not what I expected. Unfortunately, this visit was not worth it, and I hope it will return to previous standard.
