Got charged $100+/session with insurance to be told that my diagnosis is my symptoms, be ignored while doing exercises that exacerbated my pain, have the receptionist tell me I lied and shout embarrassing false information to the whole staff. I recognize many of the people in therapy had more serious issues than i am dealing with, but what a rip off. the ROM Coach and Recover apps have helped me far more for far less money and with zero driving.

I was referred to CORA Physical Therapy (East) on July 7, 2026. Over the following two weeks, I called the facility twice to follow up. During both calls, staff stated they had not received the referral and listed the documentation required to process it. However, my primary care physician (PCP) provided me with a digital copy of the referral along with confirmation that CORA had already received it.
