I was referred to this PT office for a possible pinched nerve in my neck and I must say I am extremely impressed! I’ve been through quite a few physical therapists and this office has done more for me in the first 4 weeks than any of the previous offices I have been to. They actually explain The Who, what’s, when and how’s of the therapy you are receiving and educate you on what the exercises do for you. I absolutely adore the staff, the office is well kept and very professional, pleasurable bedside manner.

After spinal fusion surgery, I went to this facility for physical therapy—something critical to my recovery—and received approximately 17 minutes of a therapist’s time. I would not consider that “treatment” by any reasonable standard. I was then given an app with exercises I was not physically able to perform, which should have been identified during a proper evaluation. The actual PTs there are great. No complaints. However Tripp (the manager) is extremely rude. DO NOT GO if you are a Tricare patient. They simply do not submit the required documentation that is needed to request more visits when you run out. They do not send any documentation to Tricare, they also claim that AI handles all of this process but Tricare never received anything from this company. I now have to find another PT place because of their unprofessionalism, the complete lack of care or assistance to rectify anything. ... read more
