Don’t Rent from here! Booked online and our reservations never confirmed. But now I have fraud charges in my card. After calling the contact number the lady said she would confirm our reservation but never acknowledged our direct contact, text messages. I’m so glad we didn’t end up using them they were not professional and would never want to do business with them. Please be ware.

Island Jeep & Coquí Car Rental – Vieques July 24, 2025 Great experience from start to finish! Communication was excellent and the customer service was outstanding. The location is just a few minutes’ walk from the ferry, making it super convenient to pick up the Jeep. Waiting time was perfect, no long delays. The Jeep itself was great—AC worked perfectly and it ran smoothly the whole time. Gas was at 1/4 of the tank when we got it, but with a gas station just 5 minutes away, it wasn’t a problem at all. I rented two jeeps from Coqui Rental from May 24–26, 2025, and it was an absolute nightmare. One of the jeeps was FILLED with trash (yes, full of Tía He’s and garbage!), and the other jeep had a non-working beeper, making it a hassle every time we tried to lock or unlock it. But here’s the WORST part: after returning the jeeps, they stole my credit card information and charged me $650 claiming I had FOUR parking tickets — without ever showing me a single piece of evidence!
