Very unprofessional! I contacted them months ago for a consultation to which a plan was made on the phone, and I was told that I would hear back shortly with a quote. I reached out multiple times to see if the quote was ready, and no response. Later, I see that an advertisement was posted on their social media for the treatments I wanted to get done before my wedding stating that they were only going to take a certain number of inquiries.
