Over priced.
Quick and accurate. Great customer service. We don't often have print jobs done, but when we do, we will always use Copy Corner.
I strongly advise not using their services. I left upset and feeling deeply disappointed. I had been working on an extremely intricate project for the past five days and needed their assistance in printing three different-sized pictures. The only person who noticed me and offered help when I entered was interrupted by her coworker, who stated that her primary responsibility was to print as received, not to teach customers how to send files. They are very expensive, but I had a project I just wanted done so I went with it. At first glance it was good, but after a while I realized they swapped 2 pages in my book, so 1 book is out of order. Then another book I had printed and laminated had the lamination coming off of it after a month or 2. For how much they charge, I didn't expect these problems. The people are nice, its just the quality that sucks.
Lena was incredibly patient and professional. She took the time to answer all of my questions clearly and kindly, and helped me better understand the information I was confused about. She even went above and beyond to make sure my printed documents came out looking cleaner and easier to read. Exceptional customer service like this is rare to find these days — I truly appreciate her help!
