We have been looking after my daughter’s Jack Russell, Daisy whilst she and our son-in-law are away on honeymoon. Daisy appeared to be in some discomfort with an eye infection, so I called Copthorne Vets to see if they could see her, despite not being registered with them. The vetinary clinic has been extremely helpful to me and my dog. Mace can be very reactive towards other animals so we arranged for her booster vaccination to be done in the garden away from the other animals. She was also given a health check. Everything went so much better than I could have hoped for. Naomi the vet plus her nurse were brilliant. Everyone has been incredibly helpful and made what could have been a difficult situation so much easier, thank you. I highly recommend this veterinary practice.
Rang this morning as my Rabbit wasn't eating. The receptionist was lovely and she understood my concern. I was given an appointment within the hour and can not fault the lovely young vet who saw Belle. He was absolutely lovely with her and so gentle and compassionate. He was very thorough and was very clear with the diagnosis and I went home with Belle very pleased. Thank you so much for your care and she is now eating 😁
Both my dogs and all my birds come here. Fantastic caring team that genuinely love their job and adore the animals. Have a fantastic report with my dogs and nothing but love for Bully breeds too. So affordable and nothing is spared in care and attention for the animals big or small. The amount of effort they give is next to non. This is the Vet’s that set the bar for others.
