Needed some stuff, so dropped into Copps Buildall Hyde Park. Wow, loved the setup. Different lines separated and really nicely shown. Extensive showings of trim,, door hardware, panels and doors. Really easy to quickly be able to find your stuff and cash out at the front counter. Friendly and knowing people who are all around and easy to find. People, who have been there for years. Not much turnover. And that shows staff heavily experienced and a company that values their people and that service to customers.

Stay away from the backyard home department. I wrote a critical review of them a while back but they emailed me and apologized so I removed my review. After that they ghosted me via e mail when I asked them to send me their agreement for review. This was also an issue during my first exchange they tell you one thing verbally but it's a different story when you ask them to put pen to paper. Incredible how a company this large can be so unprofessional. We are going with a different company for our backyard home project.
