Shane McCarthy was an excellent therapist. He was knowledgeable and patient with my questions regarding total knee replacement therapy. I would not hesitate to return if needed in the future.
First I would like to say that the therapist was great and offered a lot of insight to help me with my condition. Really good! My issue is with billing. At initial visit I was informed that I had to pay 100% out of pocket at each visit and my insurance was not covering this. I was told that it was $50 per visit. I paid, in advance, at the beginning of each visit the agreed upon $50. This is a new location that is clean and well equipped. The staff is also friendly and very knowledgeable. Due to my previous occupation I have had a number of work related injuries, with necessary physical therapy, and the treatment here seems to be among the best as compared to other companies. The therapist here, Michelle, also has a great sense of humor and my recovery was quicker than expected.
