My partner and I purchased a rug from Coppola about 4 weeks ago. A few days ago I spilt a glass of water on the rug and the rug changed color and the texture changed. We took photos and called the store and the shop assistant said - “come in and we will replace it because it looks like the glue has lifted and we can replace it” do we drive all the way back to the store thinking we were getting a new one.
