David is incredibly patient and knowledgeable. After weeks of furniture shopping across Sydney, he delighted us with his genuine customer service. We have left with 2 beautiful rugs and will be sure to let our friends know to come in and see David at Moore Park!
Disappointing customer service. The two staff members working seemed uninterested in helping customers and were giving uncomfortable looks while offering only very forced smiles. We were not greeted or approached during our visit, which made the store feel quite unwelcoming. A different weekend team or better customer service training might improve the experience.
