I’m in facilities like this almost daily due to the nature of my job, and out of all the places I visit, Platinum Communities truly stands out. It’s the only company I would feel completely comfortable trusting with my own family members. Specifically at the Platinum Communities – Schofield Assisted Living location, the communication is over the top phenomenal. The staff are very caring and treat their clients like their own family. The atmosphere is very home like and always have hot home cook meals.

My experience with Lili Gardens Assisted Living was extremely disappointing. The biggest issue was their lack of transparency with families who are simply trying to gather information for their loved ones. When I inquired about the community, they repeatedly avoided providing clear answers about pricing and would not share basic cost information. For families trying to plan care for a parent or loved one, withholding that kind of information only makes an already stressful process more difficult. Communication was also very ... read more

By far the best facility i have been to. I would trust them with my parents. Everyone i have worked with has been so pleasant and eager to help
