The staff was very helpful. We had a 0800 reservation, but due to the main gate not opening till exactly 8 we were not able to check in and get to the range till 0815. The staff adjusted our time and was helpful getting us on our way with little delay. We reserved a tactical bay for private family shooting. I got to train my grandkids with worrying about interfering with anyone else's shooting experience.

Copperhead is phenomenal. First time firearm owner. They’re incredibly accommodating, friendly, and professional. I prefer outdoor ranges and this is a great one to say the least. Helped me get started so I can safely utilize my firearm. Ashley, Pat, and Jarrod are all extremely helpful and offer the best customer service you can imagine. 11/10 would recommend to both new and experienced firearm owners.
Staff is very friendly and helpful! The tactical bays make the shooting experience so seamless and private to shoot at own pace. Highly recommend!
