Placed a phone call to Sean with questions about a B&S engine. He spent time and energy patiently answering our questions and directing us to where we could find the item we needed even though it did not result in an immediate sale for him. It WILL however result in him getting our business the next time we are in the market for a new generator.
The experience that we had with Sean was nothing less than excellent. We called he came when we scheduled. He went above and beyond checking and letting us know we were still under warranty. The company we bought and also who installed the generator tried to charge us didnt even let us know we still were under warranty. Sean also found the problem which was completely different from what the company we bought it from diagnosed. I would definitely recommend Duff's to everyone I know. Thank you Sean
Sean Duff was a life saver! We needed to have our newly installed generator connected to an existing propane tank. We were REALLY given the run around by a few propane companies but I finally found Sean and he showed up when he said he would and did the work for the price he quoted. After having the generator just sitting there for 2 months, and having the power go out twice in that time frame, our generator is finally up and running!! Very friendly and trust worthy guy. HIGHLY recommend him!!
BEWARE : No response to phone calls. Two calls with no response,"Talks the talk, but does not walk the walk". Finally called after my post to tell me he could not do work due to an accident on Monday. I called on the Friday before and did not get a response.Repeat: "Talks the talk, but does not walk the walk".
