Very dissapointed, this place used to the best. If I could give zero stars I would, a couple of friends live here and the room maintenance takes months, the food is not conditioned to what elderly customers should eat in order to keep a healthy diet, therefore they get sick every other week. Please do not take your family members here, find a better place that suits their needs.
My father has lived there 6 months and loved it, but it was recently sold to a new management company and he has nothing but awful things to say. They no longer make enough food for everyone. When they run out it's a sandwich. Food comes out cold, condiments are not available and they no longer keep coffee available throughout the day. They used to have a few options for every meal.. now they do not. I used to notice alot of staff running around and now I hardly see anyone. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the staff at Copperfield Estates. From the moment my sister moved in, we knew she was in the best hands. The team goes above and beyond to make sure she feels comfortable, safe, and truly at home. Every staff member we’ve encountered has been kind, patient, and compassionate.
