Good long term care. Staff are helpful friendly and professional. Nice location.
Very disappointed in the system in Whitehorse Yukon. Consistently in the wing were dementia patients are living, they are left unattended with out any medical staff or any supervision what so ever. What is even more troubling I found one of the supervisors in a meeting with staff fully aware that no one was supervising the clinets! With organizational leadership such as this how can improvments be made, very scary.
