We have always enjoyed good service here, with knowledgeable, friendly staff (Nik, Zeb, Alex, Clayton, etc.). Today Austin S. helped us out--we were 1st time buyers for High School Cross Country Shoes. He listened well to our experience w/ our current trail running shoes (also from QC), asked and answered (many) questions thoughtfully, and helped steer a successful purchase of new trail shoes, as well as spikes.
