I had the best experience at glo! Hailey walked me through everything there was to know! She was so sweet and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable since it was my first time in the spray machine. She even helped me with touch ups on my spray- loveeee her energy!
Lily was working at the Addison location, when I joined, she was very helpful explained everything really well. She is an exceptional employee. Thank you for the great experience!

The Coppell Glo is hands down the BEST tanning salon in all of DFW for your money! From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed by the kindest, most helpful staff who truly go above and beyond to make every visit amazing. The manager, Megan, is always there and is the nicest person I've ever met. The salon is always spotless — easily the cleanest and most well-maintained tanning spot I’ve ever been to. They consistently have a great selection of lotions, and the vibe is just so warm and inviting.
So disappointing. I used to be a member before this location sold to Glo and always had A+ experiences & services. The customer service is terrible now. They’re very shady with the coupon for free services and kept offering to “buy it back”. We just wanted to pay the full price for a single session and they didn’t seem very interested in helping us. We ended up leaving and taking our business somewhere else.
