Everyone has a schedule, I show up to make a payment and still not open 9:15, so I called the wilder branch and now informed that only drive thru is open and opens at 9:30, so suggest they up date hrs. on website and maybe a note on door for those who aren't aware of this, note: apparently they close periodically, went back at 1:10 and they are closed, NOT RECOMMENDED
My family and I went in was asking about a loan but the bank manager was so rude thinking she was far to far above customer service that she didn't want to talk to us at all so we walked out. Rude idiots are not worthy of us or our 💵.
Always go inside because everyone that works there is GREAT!! if your looking for friendly and accurate services then this is the place to go I’ll see ya there…
I tried to refinance my vehicle I was told to stay at the other bank where my rate is lower . I will be finding a new CU For all my loans banking needs .
